The Guild meets on the second Wednesday of each month, ten times a year, at the Royal Canadian Legion – Fergus Branch, 500 Blair Street, Fergus, Ontario. The first meeting of the Guild year is in September. There are no meetings in July or August.

During the 2023-2024 Guild year, starting in September meetings will be held in person and virtually using ZOOM. Members are sent an invitation to the meetings by email. In January and February meetings will be held only on Zoom.
Meetings start at 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 6:45 p.m.. This enables members to use the Library. Meetings conclude at 9:30 p.m.
Virtual meetings may be used if the Guild is unable to meet in person. They may also be considered for use at the Legion for a presentation by a guest speaker from out of the area. (Hybrid Meeting Model)
Meetings may feature guest speakers, trunk shows, hands-on activities or mini workshops.
Each meeting has a ‘Show & Tell’ presentation. If you have something special that you would like to show others, we encourage you to bring it. This can be a project you are working on or have completed. It can be quilt related – a great book, a new gadget, an auction sale ‘find’. For many, this is a favourite part of the meetings. You may choose to show your items on a specified table during the meeting and later we will call on you to tell your story. Members may share up to three items per person per meeting with a brief description as time permits.
