The Guild meets on the second Wednesday of each month, ten times a year, at the Royal Canadian Legion – Fergus Branch, 500 Blair Street, Fergus, Ontario. The first meeting of the Guild year is in September. There are no meetings in July or August.

During the 2021-2022 Guild year, September to June meetings will be held virtually using ZOOM. Members are sent an invitation to the meetings by email. As the year progresses decisions will be made about the format of the meetings for the remainder of the year.
Meetings start at 7:30 p.m. Doors open ½ hour before that. This enables members to use the Library. Meetings conclude at 9:30 p.m.
Meetings may feature guest speakers, trunk shows, hands-on activities or mini workshops.
Each meeting has a ‘Show & Tell’ presentation. If you have something special that you would like to show others, we encourage you to bring it. This can be a project you are working on or have completed. It can be quilt related – a great book, a new gadget, an auction sale ‘find’. For many, this is a favourite part of the meetings. You may choose to show your items on a specified table during the meeting and later we will call on you to tell your story. We ask for a limit of 2 items/person/meeting.
